Daily prices

Prices are subject to variations based on seasonality or special events.

There is also a supplement based on the number of guests present.

Basic or low season price list:

• Daily price of the apartment occupied by 2 people € 70.00.

• Supplement for each additional guest € 10.00

High season price list or on the occasion of a special event:

• Daily price of the apartment occupied by 2 people from € 80.00 to € 100.00.

• Supplement for each additional guest € 13.00

For periods of stay longer than 7 days we agree on discounted rates.

Maximum number of beds: 4

Due to the presence of a mezzanine with access to half a wooden staircase, the presence of children under the age of 4 is not recommended.

In any case, the stay for children under the age of 4 is free. From 4 years of age, the same rates as adults apply.  

Pets: not allowed

It is forbidden to smoke inside the structure.

It is forbidden to enter people not indicated at the time of booking and registered with the competent authority.

Regulations & Conditions

In case of telephone or email booking, the guest declares to have read and accepted the following rules and conditions.

You will be asked to send us your credit card number and expiry date via email to guarantee the reservation.

It is also possible to make a reservation by sending a deposit by bank transfer. This deposit will be treated as a confirmation deposit.

The reservation will be confirmed by email.
Nothing will be charged to your credit card before your stay in our Bed and Breakfast; only a check on the validity of the credit card will be carried out.

In the event that you intend to cancel your reservation, please notify us by email within 7 (seven) days prior to arrival. In case of no-show or delayed communication regarding the cancellation of the reservation, the following penalties will be applied:

• from 7 to 3 days before your arrival: withdrawal of the sum corresponding to the first night of stay;

• up to 3 days before your arrival: withdrawal of the sum corresponding to the entire stay.

This withdrawal will take place via a no-show operation directly from your credit card. If you have sent a deposit to guarantee the reservation, it will be retained in the same terms.
